DIANE EICHLER
Diane Eichler brings more than nineteen years experience in branding, marketing and advertising specializing in integrated strategies for a wide variety of products and services. Diane began her career in Los Angeles working at acclaimed design agency COY, Los Angeles. She subsequently moved to Toyota Motor Sales as a Director of Marketing and was the ad agency lead for the North American launch of the Toyota Celica, Spyder and ECHO.
With experience on both the client and agency side, Diane has worked with numerous clients in the following industries: Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Technology, Non Profit, Education, Automotive, Sports and Entertainment, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Real Estate. Most recently, Diane was the Director of Marketing at Avenue Communities and Trillium Residential where she supervised teams in the development of advertising and marketing programs in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Throughout her career, Diane has been recognized in the industry by her peers and member organizations.

Diane actively participates in community initiatives and is currently a volunteer with The Child Crisis Center, Free Arts of Arizona, TRACares Foundation, Mayor Phil Gordon’s Phoenix Global Trade Initiatives team and a marketing board member of the Heard Museum. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Scripps College in Claremont, California.
ANDREA KALMANOVITZ
Andrea M. Kalmanovitz has a breadth of public relations experience from grassroots public affairs, crisis communication and issues management, traditional public relations to new media social campaigns. Working on both the agency and client side of the public relations industry was a huge asset to fundamentally understanding client needs, thus the ultimate driving force to co-founding Alchemy PR & Marketing.
Prior to co-founding Alchemy, Andrea began her career in public affairs with the number one ranked non-publicly traded boutique agency in Southern California. Through media, community and government relations and crisis communication initiatives, Andrea earned awards for clients such as Harrah’s Entertainment Inc., D.R. Horton and the Tiger Woods Learning Center. Client portfolios ranged from non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies, providing public relations strategy and education programs.

On the client side, Andrea was the Director of Public Relations and Media for preeminent real estate developers Avenue Communities, Trillium Residential and Germaine Partners based in Tempe, Ariz. from 2006-2009. Avenue Communities constructed and acquired over $1.8 billion in projects in Metropolitan Phoenix and the Southwest including high profile Centerpoint Condominiums and the iconic Hayden Flour Mill in Tempe. Trillium Residential included an aggressive growth plan to develop more than 2,000 multi-family units per year which included, for example, the launch of five luxury lease-up communities in 2008. Germaine Partners is the developer behind luxury, boutique Private Resident Clubs in Park City, UT.
Actively participating in the local community’s future and vision, Andrea currently also works with Mayor Phil Gordon’s Phoenix Global Trade Initiatives team, sits on the Communications Committee for the Arizona Multi-Housing Association and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and the Urban Land institute. Andrea graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and an emphasis in Interpersonal Communications.
